This was our puppy Thor's first time there. He did great and they said that they loved him. He got a bath, his nails done, & all of his shots. He was really good. Our appointment was @ 11 and we picked him up at 4. We'll be back again.

It's hard losing a furry member of your family but Crossroads made the transitioning process as comfortable as they possibly could for us! They provided treats for us and our pet along with brochures and even story books related to grief and pets for my Granddaughter! It's rough seeing your Daughter & Granddaughter CRY, especially at the same time! But our sweet Diamond is Resting Well now with no more pain! Rest well our sweet Love! WE LOVE YOU DIAMOND!

Brought our new Yorkie here by recommendation of a friend…glad I took her advice!!! They are very attentive from the moment you walk in the door until you are ready to go! They were very thorough with his exam and gentle during vaccinations. I highly recommend this practice for you pet!

Back in January our sweet fur baby passed away. We initially wanted to bury him but my daughter wanted him home with us. We instantly called them got things set up and brought our boy to them. They were so gentle getting him out of the car and letting my sweet girl say bye to her big brother. They had a beautiful urn that we put him in and got his clay paw prints made as well. It was bitter sweet, but once we got him back home we felt whole again! I highly recommend them for anything when it comes to your fur babies!

I've only had a handful of experiences so far with this hospital, but those few have imprinted more than a lasting impression! If you want a hospital that truly cares, listens, and empathizes then this is the hospital for you. 2 times I've freaked out about my fur babies, and both separate times- the staff here has been kind enough to work me in the same day. They listen to me patiently blabber on about what's happening and are very informative and explain things clearly. They are transparent on costs, and if you need to opt out of certain things due to budget issues, will not judge you. That might seem like common courtesy, but I can't say I had this experience at the last vet I took my pup to where they rushed me, spoke over me, and was, in my opinion, super condescending about things I didn't know about. Very grateful to this clinic and thank you for hiring such kind staff!! Please, do not ever mistreat them! These people are gems :)
